EDUCATION: The very first on our to do list is to educate people about the disease of eminent domain abuse.  Providing lecturers, information, resources and referrals to appropriate agencies where victims of Eminent Domain Abuse (EDA) can get needed assistance for this terrible and crippling social disease. We are based in New Jersey and all our associates offering you assistance are victims of EDA.  They have learned first hand what you would be going through.  We also train individuals to become activists who can positive reverse and impact any redevelopment plans which are threatening whole communities throughout The State of New Jersey.

EDA SUPPORT Center:  The very next item on our concern list is providing a person for you to call and turn to who is reachable by phone and email.  The center is attempting to secure funding to have a staff member on hand to answer your questions, arrange for teams to come to your area and even train you how to mobilize a satellite office right out of your home.  We can even provide you with computer skills training so you can keep track of all the information about EDA.  We can even help set up a web site and form a local chapter.

Information: Providing you with current and important information.  Knowledge is power and having up to the minute information is the key to successfully beating back the infection of this disease.  Our outgoing email list is something we provide free of charge for victims of EDA.  We are an organization caring for victims of EDA and their relatives.  We have this wonderful web site and pastoral compassion and care with prayer if you appreciate that, is available through a cooperative effort between us and the Lighthouse Mission of Lower Broadway, Long Branch.

Legislative Watch:  We are tracking bills in the State Senate & Assembly as well as The US Congress.  We keep you abreast of all the opportunities for you to testify to your law makers so they can reform redevelopment and remove EDA.

Legislative Replacement Program: We also will encourage you to seek public office and recruit like minded folks to seek office in your local area, the best place to combat Eminent Domain is at the local ordinance and resolution level.
