| PPPAC - Protecting Private
Property Action Committee Formed directly as a result of the failure of State Legislature to ban the use and practice of eminent domain for private gain. Protecting Private Property Action Committee is formed by necessity, and organizes under the leadership of Gopal Panday, Thomas Anselone, Kevin Brown, Michael Kasanoff and others to be announced shortly. The sole purpose of this new committee is to support candidates in the November 2007 State Legislative Elections in both houses of the State House. It will also denounce those candidates who have refused to act to end eminent domain which led to the cry for help from both home and business owners to end eminent domain for private gain. We will raise awareness and funds specifically to get elected those individuals who will represent our concerns at the State House. We will also enter into the political process and work to the defeat of all candidates who are not willing to protect private property from the following: 1 Eminent Domain for private gain. 2 Excessive Property Taxation. 3 Intrusive code and laws affecting property ownership. The Goal is to elect 40 State Senators, 80 State Assembly People who take an oath to protect our private property from eminent domain for private gain.
